Beneficiary:

Residency: Must be a permanent resident off Uttarakhand. Age: Should be between 18 and 55years. Vehicle Ownership: Must own or be willing to purchase an electric rickshaw under the scheme. Financial Status: Targeted at economically weaker sections, with possible inclusion of others based on government criteria. Driving License: Requires a valid driving license for operating e-rickshaws: Criminal Record: No pending criminal cases or criminal history. Safety Standards: The e- rickshaw must comply with safety and environmental norms. Entrepreneurship: Open to individuals providing public transport services, especially in urban and semi-urban areas.
